  Amazing steaks. A must visit if you're in Ruidoso and looking for a great steak. Amazing service and great food selections, even beyond steak. Desserts are wonderful and worth saving room for.

  Horrible service and cooks do not know how to cook a steak. Ordered a medium rare steak and it came out medium well. Sent it back and it came back rare. It's really not that difficult with properly trained cooks to make a decent steak. If you are charging $30 for a steak it should be cooked properly! Also if you are spending over $300 with 8 people you would also expect better service. The waitress did not smile at all and also seemed displeased to be serving us. We were her only table!! With MAYBE 15 tables set in the entire restaurant you would expect better service and food. We have been here numerous times in years past and usually have to wait to be sat, it's easy to see why the restaurant was empty and obviously has gone down hill. Either management/ownership no longer cares or isn't listening to feedback given from actual customers. Will not be back going forward.

  The place is known for steaks, Oysters on half shell were great. I had catfish, like to give them a few lessons cooking catfish. Service was super.

  Will never stop by here again. 1) The parking is horrible... way too small of a lot for the size of the place. 2) The hostess failed to spell my name correctly, so the reservation I made an hour and a half in advance, was not there. 3) Waited another 20 minutes to get seated, behind another couple that came in after us. 4) The waitress took another 15 minutes to come by for our order. 5) There was a hair in either the silverware, rolls, or the butter.
  
  No... there isn't anything you can do to change my mind to get me to stay.
